Responsibilities
  • Review recommendations on the clinical criteria for prioritizing people on state ADAP
    waiting lists presented at the     Workshop on the Establishment of Guidelines for the
    Prioritization of People with HIV/AIDS on State ADAP Waiting Lists    .
  • Review recommendations the on the ethical criteria for prioritizing people on state ADAP
    waiting lists presented at the     Workshop on the Establishment of  Guidelines for the
    Prioritization of People with HIV/AIDS on State ADAP Waiting Lists    .
  • Draft preliminary Guidelines for the Prioritization  of  People on State ADAP
    Waiting Lists     for consideration and comments by applicable state health department
    officials    .
  • Incorporate applicable written comments by applicable state health department officials
    into final Guidelines for the Prioritization  of  People on State ADAP Waiting Lists    .
  • Consider updates to the guidelines when recommended by the State ADAP Waiting List 
    Prioritization Guidelines Committee Chair.
