Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations on soliciting individual and corporate donors in a specific
    state participating in the AIDS Drug Assistance Protocol Fund for exclusive support
    of a State-Dedicated Patient Assistance Fund or alternate program authorized by
    the state for people on that state's ADAP waiting lists.
  • Contact individuals and organizations for donations to a State-Dedicated Patient
    Assistance Fund    . or alternate program authorized by the state for people on that
    state's ADAP waiting lists.
  • Provide technical assistance to a participating state upon the state's request for
    assistance in coordinating an     alternate program managed by the state to solicit
    funding for people on that state's ADAP waiting lists.
