Responsibilities

• Develop the ethical criteria for the Guidelines for the Prioritization of People with
  HIV/AIDS on State ADAP Waiting Lists.
• Make recommendations on responses to ethical challenges to HIV/HCV drug access
  for the US medically indigent as requested by the State ADAP Waiting List
  Prioritization Guidelines Committee and state ADAP personnel  of states that adopt
  the AIDS Drug Assistance Protocol Fund's Guidelines for the Prioritization of People with
  HIV/AIDS on State ADAP Waiting Lists.
